UK TEC currently only ships to the United Kingdom.

The following destinations are classed as NON-MAINLAND

All IV, All HS, KA27-28, All KW, PA20-49, PA 60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ALL ZE, ALL BT, ALL IM, TR21-25, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Isles Of Scilly.

We do not post to any other destination including (but not limited to) Channel Islands (Guernsey ECT), Republic Of Ireland, Europe, The rest of the World

4.1. UK TEC endeavours to dispatch goods within 2 working days from receipt of your order. You will be contacted in the event of your goods not being dispatched within 2 working days from acceptance of your order and given the option to either cancel your order and receive a full refund, order a different product or wait for the delivery.
4.2. The place for delivery of the Products will be notified to UK TEC by the Consumer prior to dispatch of the Products. If the Consumer fails to take delivery of the Products or fails to give UK TEC adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery then UK TEC may store the Products until actual delivery and charge the Consumer for the costs (including insurance) of storage and redelivery; or sell the Products at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all storage, selling and other expenses) account to the Consumer for the excess over sums owing by the Consumer or charge the Consumer for any shortfall.
4.3. Risk shall pass to the Consumer at the time the Products are delivered by UK TEC or their agents.
4.4. If Products have not been received, the Consumer must notify UK TEC within 7 days of the date of the invoice. If proof of delivery is required, this must be requested within 14 days of the date of the invoice.

 We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law or the fulflillment of your order to do so.

 You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. 

  If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Returns & Replacements

12.1. The Consumer shall notify UK TEC of any shortage of quantity or damage to the Products or any alleged failure to comply with its description in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the Products.
12.2. Returns must be made subject to the following:
12.2.1. Prior authority having been obtained from UK TEC which will be given at UK TEC sole discretion;
12.2.2. The Products must be properly packed;
12.2.3. The Product is still covered by warranty (see section 12).
12.3. If upon inspection the goods have been mistreated, used in an inappropriate manner or are in fact not faulty, UK TEC reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
